At the time of booking, you pay 50% of the total, 30 days before your stay is when the remaining 50% is automatically charged to the card on file. If you’d like to change the card, please call and let us know.

Your stay is fully refundable until 30 days prior to your stay. After that it is completely nonrefundable. For this reason, we strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance as coverage includes benefits that may reimburse you for pre-paid, nonrefundable deposits as a result of unforeseen covered events.
The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older. The primary guest is the person reserving and paying for the rental and is responsible for all guests staying at the property.
